Our Company

Founded in 1985, R.A.Q.A. Associates provides consulting expertise to both medical device and pharmaceutical clients.  Our staff consists of seasoned industry experts who are able to offer effective solutions for FDA and ISO related compliance issues.

Our corporate offices are located in Queensbury, NY, which is approximately 50 miles North of Albany.  Regional offices are located in several different states. 

Our President

R.A.Q.A. Associates President is David Bulman who has over 30 years of experience in microbiology, regulatory affairs and quality assurance.  He held corporate scientific positions with Pfizer-Deknatel, C.R. Bard, American Hospital Supply, Sheridan Catheter and Mallinckrodt Critical Care prior to starting a consulting practice to assist industry clients.  Mr. Bulman is a graduate of the University of Florida (B.S. Microbiology) and the University of South Florida (M.A. Microbiology) and has advanced management training in quality from the Wharton School.  Mr. Bulman actively fills the role of consultant and also provides project management expertise for larger projects.
